All our products are made with the best quality that we can provide to all our clients. Even though it can be rare we apologize in case you received a damaged item.

• Contact us and we will ensure you that we will fix this matter immediately. We will either process a return, replace the product or give you a voucher.
• Following the Dutch law you have a 6 months warranty. In case we come to a conclusion that the product is faulty then the return delivery will be free of charge and we will proceed with a solution as follows.
• To keep your products as new as possible please follow our washing instructions. (link) To prevent any misunderstanding, we will not accept any possible damaged returns from washing.
