Policies to accept the return:

If you decide your order is not what you wished for, you have 30 days from the date of the delivery to return your item(s). To ensure a successful return, we kindly ask you to make sure that the product is as-new condition in the original packaging. The 6.99 € return fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of the return.

If the above requirements meet, you can email us on welcome@ozeanhome.com to process your return and send you the return shipping label as quickly as possible. Please include your Purchase receipt and shipping address on the email. When you receive the return label from us, attach it on the packaging.
