When you order
Before you proceed with your order confirmation, make sure the correct products have been ordered and your personal details. . Such as your contact information and shipping address. To place an order with us you will be obligated to pay in advance for your order and when we accept your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
If you change your mind about your order you can return the products when you receive the package, following our Policies (link). You can cancel or change your order as long as your package has not been dispatched by us. By changing your order you may receive a new delivery date.
Images and sizing products
The images on our product page are for illustrative purposes only. We try to reach an accurate display of the colours as closely to the reality as possible. Although, we won't be able to guarantee that your computer will display the colours 100% accurately to the colour of your order. Additionally, we provide a detailed description of every product.
Product Attachments
All Ozean cushions have various options for your order when it comes to sizing or your own cushion with or without piping. There are 3 different sizes, such as 50x50, …… You may also have the option to choose the piping for your pillow with an extra cost of 4 euros.
For companies we also provide our fabrics waterproof and slow-burning. Please contact us on welcome@ozean.com.
Availability
We accept payment with master, maestro, visa card and PayPal. You are obligated to pay for the Products and any applicable delivery charges in advance. The delivery costs internationally are listed on our site. Return delivery costs are withdrawn from your refund.
For bigger projects we provide free fabric samples. Unfortunately, we don't cover the shipping costs for the samples so it will be on your own cost.
Delivery
We offer a delivery service in accordance with the timescales shown on our site. Please note that delivery timescales are estimated. In case of any possible delays of your order we will be communicated with you shortly.
How to return the products
You will kindly ask to arrange for the Products to be returned to us following our return instructions. Returns are accepted as long as the Policies will be followed (link).
The Products must be returned to us without any undue delay, no later than 14 days of your package’s arrival. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. To accept a return, the quality of the return parcel has to be as good as you received it.
Warranty
All our products are made with the best quality that we can provide to all our customers. Even though it can be rare we apologize in case you received a damaged item.
- Contact us and we will ensure you that we will fix this matter immediately. We will either process a return, replace the product or give you a voucher.
- Following the law you have a 6 months warranty. In case we come to a conclusion that the product is faulty then the return delivery will be free of charge and we will proceed with a solution as follows.
